Connect the Tools Your Organization Already Uses
Ace AssociationOS is being designed with an API-first architecture so your organization can connect supported tools and data sources without exposing private credentials on your public website.
All integrations listed below are planned. None are currently live. Timelines are subject to change.
Your Public Website Is the Front Door. Ace AssociationOS Is the Operating Layer Behind It.
An association website is a public-facing surface — it displays directories, events, opportunity feeds, forms, and login links. But the business logic, member data, payment records, and third-party credentials that power those surfaces should never live in the public website itself. Ace AssociationOS is designed as a secure application layer that sits behind your website. API keys, integration credentials, and private data are stored server-side and never exposed in browser code or public endpoints. Your website calls Ace AssociationOS; Ace AssociationOS calls your integrations.
Public website
Directories · Events · Opportunity feeds · Forms · Login links — visible to anyone
Ace AssociationOS — secure application layer
Business logic · Member data · Payment records · Integration credentials — never exposed publicly
Third-party integrations
Stripe · SendGrid · Twilio · QuickBooks · HubSpot · SAM.gov · Zoom · and more
Server-side credential storage
Integration credentials — API keys, OAuth tokens, webhook secrets — are stored in the secure application layer, not in your website's front-end code or public configuration files.
API-first architecture
Every capability in Ace AssociationOS is designed to be accessible via API, so your website, mobile apps, and third-party tools can interact with the platform through authenticated, scoped endpoints.
Embeddable website widgets
Planned widgets — opportunity feeds, member directories, event calendars, and intake forms — are designed to be embedded on any website without exposing the underlying data layer or credentials.
Tenant data isolation
Each organization's data, credentials, and integration configuration are isolated in a separate tenant context. One organization's integrations cannot access another's data.
Integration Categories
All integrations listed are planned. Timelines are subject to change. Verify current availability directly with our team before making a purchasing decision.
Accept dues, event fees, and service payments through supported payment processors. Credentials are stored server-side and never exposed in website code.
Send transactional emails — membership confirmations, opportunity alerts, event reminders — through supported email delivery providers.
Outbound webhooks
Ace AssociationOS is designed to fire outbound webhooks when key events occur — new member applications, dues payments, opportunity matches, event registrations — so your external systems can react in real time without polling the API.
- Member lifecycle events (join, renew, lapse)
- Payment and invoice events
- Opportunity match and alert events
- Event registration and attendance events
- Configurable per-organization webhook endpoints
Data portability and export
Your organization's data belongs to your organization. Ace AssociationOS is designed to support full data exports in standard formats so you are never locked in. Export member records, payment history, event data, and opportunity activity at any time.
- Full member record export (CSV, JSON)
- Payment and invoice history export
- Event and registration data export
- Opportunity activity and match history
- Board and staff reporting (PDF)
Security notice: API keys, OAuth tokens, webhook secrets, and other integration credentials are stored server-side in the secure application layer and are never placed in public website code, browser-accessible configuration files, or client-side JavaScript. Do not place private credentials on your public website.
