How It Works

From Public Source to Member Inbox.

Every opportunity moves through a structured pipeline — collected from official sources, normalized for consistency, matched against member profiles, and delivered with context before deadlines pass.

Step 01

Collect

Opportunities are ingested from approved public and government sources — federal procurement systems, state portals, county and municipal procurement pages, grant databases, and public authority notices.

Step 02

Normalize

Each record is standardized: agencies are identified, categories and classifications are mapped, locations are geocoded, deadlines are parsed, and amendments are tracked against the original notice.

Step 03

Match

Normalized opportunities are compared against member profiles — industry codes, certifications, set-aside eligibility, geographic service areas, and saved preferences — to identify likely relevance.

Step 04

Explain

When a match is identified, the platform generates a plain-language explanation of why the opportunity may be relevant to that member — based on their profile, not generic criteria.

Step 05

Alert

Qualified members receive timely notifications — by email or in-platform — before important deadlines, with enough lead time to review the opportunity and prepare a response.

Step 06

Direct

Every opportunity links directly to its official source. Members are directed to the agency's procurement portal, SAM.gov, or the relevant state or local system to verify details and submit responses.

Planned Filters

Find What Fits. Ignore What Doesn't.

The filter system is designed to let members and staff narrow the opportunity feed to exactly what is relevant — by jurisdiction, agency, industry, classification, certification, and timing.

Jurisdiction

  • Federal
  • State
  • County
  • City / Municipal
  • Transit authority
  • Education / School district
  • Public authority / Special district

Agency and Source

  • Specific agency
  • Agency type
  • Procurement portal / Source system

Location

  • State
  • County
  • Metro area
  • ZIP / Radius

Industry and Classification

  • Industry / Trade category
  • NAICS code
  • PSC code
  • NIGP code

Eligibility

  • Certification type (SBA 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, and others)
  • Set-aside category
  • Small business designation

Opportunity Details

  • Contract value (when available)
  • Posted date range
  • Response deadline range
  • Keywords / Description search

Filter availability depends on data provided by the source agency or procurement system. Not all fields are available for every opportunity.

Built for Trust

Official Sources Remain the Source of Record.

Ace AssociationOS is a discovery and delivery tool — not a procurement authority. Every feature in the Opportunity Intelligence module is designed around this principle.

Automated matching and platform summaries are decision support tools only. They do not constitute legal, procurement, financial, or compliance advice.
